Lotus HR will join more than 120 other leading employers and other organisations, such as universities at Croydon College next month - to help students with their future careers or learning choices.
The week-long employability event, which starts on 2 March, aims to keep students one step ahead in the jobs market, helping them to hone and showcase their skills as well as giving them the knowledge they need for future work experience and jobs.

A survey of 7,700 workers from dating website illicit encounters.com (People Management, 2012) found that: “Nearly 40% of staff admitted to having a relationship with a colleague at some point in their career. 38% of survey respondents said they had dated a colleague and 17% admitted they had done it more than twice”.

The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has ruled that an employee’s holiday pay should include the amount that they would ordinarily earn from commission and working regular, non-guaranteed overtime.
